There are two less fish in the sea, which calls for a sweet engagement session!

Emily and Nick met on Plenty of Fish, and now they are ready for the next step. To celebrate their everlasting love, they joined me for a sweet engagement shoot. We headed outdoors for their session, which made for some stunning pictures. Of course, their happiness of being together and their incredible connection brightened every photo, and showed off their amazing personalities.

This cute couple’s first date was at Biaggi’s Ristorante Italiano. Nothing like some Italian food and a romantic atmosphere to kick of a beautiful love story, am I right? Nick was immediately drawn in by Emily’s laid-back personality, which made him feel comfortable with her. On the other hand, Emily was impressed by how much of a gentleman he was. The Saturday after their first date, Nick invited Emily over to his house for a steak dinner and a movie. They both knew that night that the connection they shared was something special. Isn’t that so sweet?

I just love hearing about the first moments of a relationship because every love story is so different and unique!

Now, Emily and Nick love living life as a couple and enjoy spending as much time as they can together. Because Emily works during the day and Nick works nights, they hardly get to see each other throughout the week. For this reason, they truly cherish their time together on the weekends – no matter what they are doing! These sweet lovebirds enjoy their weekend mornings by waking up, drinking their coffee together, and catching up on the previous week. As silly as it sounds, they also enjoy running those boring errands like grocery shopping or getting the oil changed. They turn those seemingly uninteresting tasks into precious memories.

Besides errands, Emily and Nick also enjoy watching a good movie, loving on their two pups, and going on small weekend getaway trips. Since Nick is a huge fan of the Saint Louis Cardinals, the two have made a handful of trips to Bush Stadium. A goal of theirs is to visit all the baseball stadiums. How fun it is to have a bucket list as a couple! So far, they have been to Bush Stadium, Wrigley Field, and Miller Park. Wishing them luck on hitting all the other stadiums during their life-long journey together! In addition to the baseball stadiums, Emily and Nick enjoyed a romantic weekend retreat in Saint Charles Missouri and also traveled outside of the US to Rivera Maya, Mexico.

There’s just something about travel that really brings two people closer!

So, what’s the next big adventure for this darling duo? Their wedding, of course! To prep for their upcoming nuptials, we ventured into the beautiful outdoors to capture their love in photos that they can cherish forever. And let me just say, their sweet engagement session couldn’t have gone any better. Emily and Nick were radiant! They couldn’t keep their eyes off each other the entire time, and the love and laughter they shared was so inspiring.

Can’t wait for these cuties to tie the knot. According to Emily, Nick is a huge Michael Jackson fan, so we can bet he will be busting out some smooth criminal dance moves at their own wedding!
