Jennifer and Ryan’s October wedding was a perfect blend of romantic and traditional elements with a fun mix of natural boho style. The couple was really looking forward to showcasing their outdoorsy side at the romantic Funks Grove outdoor Chapel in the Trees; but unfortunately on the day of their wedding it was a little too windy so they had to make a quick change into the church. Even with the quick change in venue their wedding ceremony was so beautiful. The church had incredible wood elements, beautiful white pews and vintage touches. Jennifer and Ryan were still able to take some photos out at the Chapel of the Trees to soak in those first few moments of being a married couple. This is such as special location and it was such a special moment for this couple to take a step back, soak in and experience together. The day of your wedding can be really hectic so I always recommend taking a moment like this after the ceremony to connect with your new spouse.
One of my favorite elements of Jennifer and Ryan’s day was their unique bridal party. It was made up of all their nieces and nephews; all the children in their lives that mean the most to them. What a cool way to include the kids in your family in your wedding day! The bridesmaids even did a special dance at the reception to “Dear Future Husband” by Meghan Trainor; which was adorable. Jennifer and Ryan’s colors were navy blue, gold and deep red; mixed with dusty pink and lots of greenery. These colors were present in Ryan’s navy suit and all the flowers they had as decor and in Jennifer’s gorgeous bouquet. Their ceremony took place at Funks Grove which is known for their maple syrup so it was only fitting that at their reception at the Panther Creek Country Club they gave out the cutest tiny bottles of maple syrup with the tag “Love is Sweet” to commemorate their special wedding location.
