Ashley and Nate’s rustic outdoor wedding on August 3, 2019 was absolutely beachy! And no, not because it was at the beach. Far from it actually. Beachey is the last name of the cute newlyweds, though!

A Beautiful Farm Love Story

When Ashley and Nate met, there was clear chemistry between them. Ashley’s first impression of her future husband was that he was very different from what she was used to. Obviously, that wasn’t a bad thing! As they grew closer, Ashley knew that she and Nate were meant to be when she realized she had full trust in him. She said, “It did take a while, but the second I knew I had 100% trust, I couldn’t let him get away.” I loved hearing this, as I fully believe trust is the glue that holds amazing relationships like this one together! As a farmer, Nate knew that Ashley was the one for him during the harvest. He mentioned that during the harvest, Ashley understands the long hours and still takes such good care of him. Ahh these lovebirds just give me all the heart eyes!

As a couple, Ashley and Nate are generally laid back and they love their pup. In fact, their sweet dog Kinzie was even included in the rustic outdoor wedding festivities, and we snapped some fun photos of the bride and groom with the doggo! Together, they love hanging out, going out to eat and trying new food joints, eating ice cream, and listening to country music and some good ol’ classic rock. Through it all, Ashley appreciates that Nate remains the calm to her crazy, while Nate loves that Ashley is always willing to help and take care of others.

In preparation of their August wedding, Ashley and Nate joined me for a stunning wintry engagement session that had me practically giddy with anticipation of their upcoming wedding. Check out their engagement photos here. Their love radiated throughout the engagement shoot, and it was even more evident – if that’s possible – during their wedding!

A Rustic Outdoor Wedding

Ashley and Nate tied the knot in a beautiful rustic outdoor ceremony near a cornfield in August. Dusty blues and whites intermixed with greenery and wood accents made for an incredible wedding setting. Instead of lighting a unity candle, the two bound their love by planting a tree together. How sweet is that! Following the ceremony, the newlyweds had a blast celebrating with their family and friends in an outdoor reception. From fun lawn games to touching speeches to the bride and groom’s first dance, the evening was certainly one that will be remembered by Ashley, Nate, and all of their loved ones.

This sweet duo is waiting until December to go on their honeymoon to St. Lucia – you know, farm life! Wishing all the joy, happiness, and love in the world to Ashley and Nate as they continue on their adventure together!
