Introducing Mr. and Mrs. Mamer! Kirsten and Mike’s industrial loft wedding was a day to remember. It was elegant, low-key, and the perfect way for this beautiful couple to pledge their love to each other.

On April 20, 2019, Kirsten and Mike tied the knot! Their wedding ceremony and reception took place at the TrailSide Event Center in Peoria Heights. I don’t think this lovely couple could have found a more incredible wedding venue! The space itself radiated a true rustic and industrial feel, infused with romanticism and refined elegance. An atmosphere of quaint and cozy romance was evident through the colors of black, white, and gold mixed with greenery.

The ceremony itself was intimate, and it was wonderful to see Mike and Kirsten’s family and friends gathered for such a beautiful occasion. There were no bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower girls, or ring bearers. To keep things simple, stress-free, and comfortable, only the bride and groom made up the wedding party – and it was perfect! Kirsten’s oldest son walked her down the aisle, which made for a sweet and joyous moment.

Following the ceremony, the reception was held in the same stunning location. The personalized touches made sure the celebration was unique to the newlyweds. They cut the cake, laughed with friends and family, and danced to their song “The Greatest Love Story”. And it’s true – theirs really is the greatest love story! Every moment was full of romance, happiness, and love.

Although they went on a small getaway following their industrial loft wedding, Kirsten and Mike are hoping to embark on a real honeymoon after their house is completed next year. Fingers crossed for Bora Bora! Congratulations to Kirsten and Mike, wishing you endless years of joy!
