Introducing Mr. and Mrs. Rooke! After a classic, romantic, and eclectic wedding at Salvage One in Chicago, IL, this beautiful couple is ready to start the next chapter in their lives!

Paige and Brian first met during their senior year of college at the University of Iowa. Although the two had business classes together, it took a while to get together. One Friday night at a popular campus bar, Brian worked up the nerve to say hello to Paige, who he thought was so cute. She remembers thinking that she couldn’t believe the quiet kid from her class said hello! They started talking that night (and everyone is so glad they did). Three cheers to Brian for putting this love story into gear!

From then on, their simmering romance started to heat up. Together, they enjoy hanging out with friends and family, visiting Paige’s parents’ lake house in Indiana, playing recreational sports, and cooking dinner. They also love to travel together. Shortly after they met, they went on a Europe trip to Germany and the Czech Republic. They have also been on a few excursions to Mexico and went on a Vegas trip. Because Brian’s family is in Canada, Paige and Brian have also adventured into the colder north! As a couple, they have created a list of places they would like to travel, which includes the Pacific Northwest or Colorado to go hiking, Utah or North Dakota for a dude ranch trip, Ireland to visit Paige’s family, and Italy.

Whew! These two lovebirds know what they want, and that is so crazy awesome!

Throughout their journey together, this future bride and groom started to realized it was meant to be. Good thing – because otherwise we wouldn’t have gotten to enjoy their super fantastic, romantic, and eclectic wedding!

Brian started to feel that Paige was his future wife after they survived a ten-day trip to Europe, having only known each other for four months. That certainly is a milestone in a relationship! Paige, however, says she never really had that “Ah-ha!” moment. She believes she came to know that Brian was the one through a series of accumulative events – how well Brian got along with her family and friends, how well they communicated with one another, and how much Paige missed him when he was not around. It’s often those little moments that ignite our true feelings, and it is so wonderful that Paige recognized that!

This newlywed couple said their vows on March 9, 2019 in the stunning venue of Salvage One. Everything from the decorations to the support of over 100 family and friends to their “I dos” was picture-perfect. Colors of forest green, gold, and white expressed the weddings classic, romantic, and eclectic theme – which fabulously embodied Paige and Brian’s love story.

Before the ceremony, Paige and Brian exchanged love letters. Their reactions were so sweet, and it was clear that these two are perfect together! Their first look was even more precious, as they only had eyes for each other – their one true love!

Seriously, I can’t get enough of these sweethearts!

Personalized elements made for an incredibly special day. Paige’s twin sister was one of Paige’s Maids of Honor. Both Paige and Brian presented a flower to each of their mothers at the start of the ceremony, for a truly touching moment. Additionally, Paige’s mom joined her dad to present the bride. Finally, the bride and groom did a hand-fasting that involved each parent wrapping a ribbon around their wrists. Every moment was filled with love, and it was incredible to watch these lovebirds join together in a what is sure to be a romantic and eclectic marriage!
