From friendship to love to marriage, Sara and Ben have spent the last 10 years growing as a couple and building a perfect, wonderful life together. These two sweethearts met over a decade ago while attending the University of Illinois, became fast friends, and quickly fell in love. They knew they were meant to be the following year when Ben was in Costa Rica for a TEFL program – both were upset about being apart, and neither could stand to be away from each other again.

Understanding how much they dislike spending time apart, Sara and Ben are always sure to make every moment together count. They love to cook, eat, explore bars, travel, throw themed-parties, and hang out with friends. They enjoy the theater and seeing different operas and musicals and movies. They even have a blast getting competitive over a game of Scrabble.

From the beginning of this budding relationship through their many years together, these sweet lovebirds have come to know each other deeply and intimately. They complement each other in the best of ways, from their personalities to their quirks, and neither feels complete without the other by their side.

After so many years of learning and growing as a team, Sara and Ben were more than eager to cement their commitment to each other in marriage. And the wedding day certainly didn’t disappoint! Their special day took place at the Blumen Gardens – a pretty, unique, and whimsical venue that matched the shining couple’s personality. From Sara’s stunning dress to enjoying family and friends gathered under one roof to celebrate love, the day couldn’t have been more perfect. Top that off with the affection shared between bride and groom – Sara and Ben couldn’t keep their eyes off each other – every moment was absolute magic.

Of course, a love story never ends with a wedding…that is merely the beginning! Sara and Ben have plans to adventure together, continuing a fun tradition of embarking on one epic trip each year. Can’t wait to see this couple take on the world. 10 years down, a lifetime of happiness to go!
